BRAINSHOP YOU CAN MAKE A BETTER SLOGAN COMPETITION
In the Brainshop you can make a better slogan competition, Brainshop is looking for a new slogan being used in Brainshop's future communications. The winner of the competition will win an iPad2 and Brainshop Gold Membership. Additionally, 10 most liked Brainshop Slogans, 10 highest rated Brainshop Slogans and 10 Brainshop Slogans, selected by Brainshop, will win Brainshop Gold Membership. Below, you find the Rules of the Brainshop Slogan Contest:
(1) The Brainshop you can make a better slogan competition will be open as from 1 September 2011 until 31 March 2012.
(2) You can attend to the Brainshop you can make a better slogan competition by entering your proposal for Brainshop's slogan to the Brainshop Slogan Competition Site.
(3) By attending the Brainshop slogan competition, you accept that the Rules of the Brainshop you can make a better slogan competition and the Brainshop Terms of Service apply to the Brainshop you can make a better slogan competition.
(4) You confirm and warrant that you have created your slogan proposal yourself and that your slogan proposal is not protected by any third party's intellectual property rights. Brainshop reserves the right to pre-screen, review, and remove any proposals from the Brainshop you can make a better slogan competition.
(5) By submitting your slogan proposal to the Brainshop you can make a better slogan competition, you grant to Brainshop an unlimited right to use your slogan proposal.
(6) Brainshop, at its free discretion, will select the winner of the Brainshop you can make a better slogan competition by 30 April 2012. The winner will be announced publicly at the Brainshop you can make a better slogan competition Site and, in addition, notice will be sent to the winner's e-mail address. The winner will receive an iPad2 (that will be delivered by mail to the winner) and Brainshop Gold Membership. Additionally, 10 most liked Brainshop Slogans, 10 highest rated Brainshop Slogans and 10 Brainshop Slogans, selected by Brainshop, will receive Brainshop Gold Membership.
